Tech.ENA is an abbreviation for Technology Enabler, which is what we are striving to be: enabling local businesses to digitally transform their businesses. We aim to tear down the wall obstructing small or medium businesses from gaining access to digital solutions which will make their operations smoother, run leaner, and generally improve productivity at a fraction of the costs.

As a business owner, you may not have the need to hire permanent graphics designers, automation specialists, technical writers, even IT personnels to facilitate the digitalization of the facets of your business operations. Here is where I, a freelancer, will come in.

PROJECT WORKFLOW

Typical project kickstart meeting includes scope identification, where the differing requirements will be communicated, together with the length and breadth of the project which will eventually be used for the estimate in the quotation.

After an agreement has been reached, a proof-of-concept will be generated, typically in the form of a video recording indicating that the project requirement can indeed be accomplished.

A deposit will be collected as a gesture of goodwill before further time and resource investment into the project. Fairness to both parties is ensured by determining the correct milestone for the proof-of-concept, before the deposit will be due.

Project then commences and ends with the deliverables exchanging hands after the agreed timeframe has elapsed.

A testimonial is requested, and may be rejected, before the official invoice be delivered less the deposit amount before project closure.
